Translation charges

Calculated at the exchange rate of approx. USD1=JPY110

WIP Japan is ready to offer discounts for large volumes or ongoing jobs.
Extra charges will apply for processes other than translation, such as precise layout or rendering of diagrams and tables.
As a general rule, an order must start from 25,000 yen, but this sum is negotiable in the case of ongoing jobs, and jobs for which source documents and translations are delivered by e-mail.

You may find that when placing orders with other translation companies, the actual price for the translation turns out to be higher than the estimate and you end up paying more than you expected. We, on the other hand, calculate the word volume prior to undertaking any job and confirm the price beforehand, meaning your order will definitely not exceed the estimate.
