We have all internal staff (translation managers, temporary and part-time staff) and external resources (cooperating companies and translators) sign confidentiality agreements. We also employ the latest security systems for the management and storage of our translation sources. Every project we undertake is safeguarded by all-encompassing back-up and anti-virus systems.
WIP boasts a wealth of experience in the field of localization, and all processes are supervised by project managers well versed in both translation and technology (IT, DTP, etc.). WIP also has standard procedure manuals covering internal processes, and a system that ensures sustained high quality through quality control management, maintaining glossaries for our clients, checking, capacity management, and more.
In terms of quality, WIP translators are ranked top of their respective translation fields. We also utilize translation memory (TM) tools that put many years of accumulated translation assets to work. In fact, WIP was one of the first localization companies in Japan to use TRADOS(C), perhaps the world's most widely embraced TM tool. TM not only helps maintain consistency between translations, but also boosts translation speed and efficiency, making for considerable savings in translation charges.
Our translators, checkers, engineers, DTP specialists and other expert staff respond to customer needs under the supervision of highly experienced project managers.
